Henry Thibodeaux is the Manager for the Leadership and Workforce Development Assessment (LWDA) section within the Assessment & Evaluation Branch (AEB). LWDA offers a variety products and services focusing on the development, validation, and administration of leadership and workforce planning assessments to measure leader and employee effectiveness. This includes custom and standardized leadership assessments targeting competencies, personality and leadership potential as well as competency gap assessments for workforce training and development. Henry has been with OPM since 2000 and worked on a wide range of both individual and organizational level assessment projects for multiple Federal agencies.Relevant Government Agencies
