Moderator

Roger Waldron, serves as president of the Coalition for Government Procurement.  There he works to ensure the procurement system provides sound business opportunities and best value for customer agencies.  At GSA Roger served as Senior Assistant General Counsel, Director, Acquisition Management Center, and Acting Deputy Chief Acquisition Officer.  He has extensive experience in Multiple Award Schedules and GWAC IT Programs.  Previously he was counsel at Mayer Brown, advising clients on Government contracting issues.  Roger is the host of the WFED radio show Off the Shelf, and the leading contributor to the FAR and Beyond blog.  Roger holds an AB from Bowdoin College and a JD from University of Richmond.

Panelists

Casey Coleman, Group Vice President of Unisys Federal Systems Civilian Agencies, leads the overall business for key civilian agencies including GSA, Justice, Treasury, others.  She served as GSA's CIO from 2007 to 2014.  There she led the move to a cloud-based email and collaboration platform and an advanced mobility capability.  She previously served as Client Executive Vice President for AT&T Government Solutions.  She began her career as an engineer with Lockheed.  She has received several awards including the ComputerWorld Premiere 100 Award.  Casey holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington, as well as a BS in Computer Science from Texas A&M University.


Arun Sankaran, is a managing director at Govini, a leading business intelligence provider for companies serving public sector customers.  He leads the professional services team to advise clients on go-to-market strategies, market sizing analysis, M&A screenings, and opportunity capture support.  The discriminator at Govini is using big data to assist customer companies in business development.  Arun brings more than a decade of federal management and strategy consulting experience from his work at Avascent and CGI Federal. He has a BS in Business Information Technology and a BS in Economics from Virginia Tech, as well as a Master of Public Policy (MPP) from Georgetown University. 


Jeff Hamilton, serves as President of Quality Technology, Inc.  (QuTech).   He is responsible for overseeing Project Operations, Business Development, and Partnerships.  He is actively involved in the direction of the ALLIANT contract in which QuTech is a small business provider.  He is a seasoned presenter with substantial platform experience.  He is reputed to be a strong project manager in software development using Agile methods.
