Alice Williams leads and manages Department of Defense Office of Small Business Program’s workforce initiatives and socioeconomic programs. Prior to assuming her current position, she served as Director of the U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM) OSBP. In this capacity, she was the principal advisor to the CECOM Commander (Major General), the Army Secretariat-level OSBP Senior Executive and the Small Business Administration (SBA) on all small business matters related to CECOM and a Command, Control, Communications, Computers Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) multi-billion-dollar acquisition program.

Paul H. Jossey is an entrepreneur and principal attorney at Jossey PLLC. Before starting his own firm, Paul worked at boutique law firms in Atlanta, Alexandria, Virginia, and Washington, DC. In the past two years, Paul’s practice has focused primarily on business capitalization, through the JOBS Act of 2012, including Reg CF, Reg A+, Reg D (506c), and Initial Coin Offerings and cryptocurrency. He has advised businesses throughout the country including Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, Miami, and the Mid-Atlantic region.
