Giving Education Employees the Gift of Time: Operations, Digitally Reimagined – Part II

The pandemic has exacerbated the challenges faced by underserved communities — reinforcing the higher education equity gap as a high priority issue for colleges and universities. At the height of the pandemic, Texas A&M University-Texarkana was one of many of our nation’s institutions of higher education tasked with distributing emergency financial aid grants to students as part of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act (the CARES Act) Higher Education Emergency Relief Fund (HEERF) and Governor’s Emergency Education Relief (GEER) Fund.

Join us for an interactive webinar with Kathy Williams, vice president for student enrollment, engagement and success at Texas A&M University-Texarkana and hear how the university built a secure, transparent and equitable HEERF awarding process for students using e-Forms and process automation.
