When discussing the people element of government we must take into consideration several groups of stakeholders. This event will bring forth discussions and learning lessons from many of these unique viewpoints.  The key to performance excellence is forging a relationship and a foundation that carefully examines and addresses the needs and then continuously engages of all these various stakeholders.

Track C: The Future of Personal Performance

Given all that we have witnessed as a nation in the past few years the struggle to better perform, innovate faster and to adopt lean principles has demanded more and more from individual contributors.  In such an environment, it is essential that individuals really assess their own personal brand and competency level within their field and their fields of future interest. Not only should individual contributors identify their areas of weakness, but also they should come to realize what areas of strengths needs improvement and further enhancement. Join this track to specially focus on areas of personal interest that will help you identify new skillsets and resources to fast track your career.
