The Office of Centralized Acquisition Services (OCAS) is a GSA Federal Acquisition Service (FAS) group established in late 2025 to streamline how federal agencies buy common goods and services. By consolidating procurement under an enterprise-wide model, OCAS reduces duplication, cuts costs, and leverages buying power, supporting initiatives like GSA MAS and OASIS+.
