Exchange Sale

This training will examine the exchange/sale authority as discussed in Federal Management Regulation (FMR) 102-39. The class will review how agencies can recoup proceeds from sales of government personal property and use those funds to reduce the cost of procuring replacement property.

This free 1-hour virtual training will be held on Tuesday, September 09, 2025 11:00am PT.

• This training is open to federal employees, military personnel, DOD civilian employees, and federal agency contractors. 
• Attendees will earn 1 Continuous Learning Point for their participation.
