Subcontracting Fundamentals - September 2025

This intensive 4-day certificate course is designed to provide acquisition professionals with a comprehensive overview of subcontract management. Guided by expert facilitators, participants will dive into the intricacies of managing subcontracts, from planning and awarding to administering subcontracts, essential for the success of the prime contract. Participants will explore the guiding principles, key subcontract flow-down clauses, and essential documentation, equipping them with the skills to monitor subcontract compliance and enhance supply chain efficiency.

 

The program takes place over four days for 2.5 hours each day on Zoom. At the end of the program, you will receive a certificate of completion and a digital badge you can share on LinkedIn and elsewhere. Attendance at all four sessions is required to receive the Certificate of Completion and the digital badge.
