Overview of OneGov and transition into IT strategy solutions. The OneGov Strategy is GSA's government wide approach to modernizing how the federal government procures and manages information technology by acting as one buyer for common IT needs. This session will provide federal acquisition professionals with practical guidance on leveraging OneGov agreements to secure substantial discounts on software from major vendors like Microsoft, Adobe, Google, Salesforce, Oracle, and Elastic. Participants will learn how to navigate the three-phase OneGov approach, access deals through GSA's Multiple Award Schedule, and maximize cost savings while ensuring compliance with federal security standards. This session will include real-world examples of successful OneGov implementations and step-by-step guidance for redeeming these pre-negotiated deals.
