Arthur O’Meara is a nationally recognized speaker and consultant with over 26 years of experience in international trade and trade compliance management. As the principal of O’Meara and Associates, Inc.—a boutique trade consulting firm based in the Austin area—he works with organizations to build practical, effective compliance programs tailored to the corporate environment.

 

Industry Expertise: 

Arthur’s expertise spans import compliance, export controls, transfer pricing and valuation for international transactions, HTSUS classification, service provider management, and the strategic use of Incoterms® Rules. He is one of only two ICC-Certified Trainers for Incoterms® 2020 Rules in the United States and has managed CTPAT validations across North America, Europe, and Asia.
