Negotiation Preparation with Generative AI

Our research shows that AI-augmented negotiation preparation enables faster scenario development that is highly realistic, consistent, and coherent—helping teams prepare more effectively. This session introduces practical ways to use off-the-shelf Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI tools to create if/then scenarios and synthetic dialogues for complex negotiations. Participants will learn how to anticipate challenges, strengthen adaptability, and build confidence for dynamic, real-world exchanges.
