29th Colloquium: Cybersecurity Education in the Age of AI and Automation & Ambiguity
The 29th Colloquium for Information Systems Security Education (CISSE) is the premier annual conference devoted to advancing cybersecurity education. Taking place in person from November 12–14, 2025 at Seattle University, CISSE convenes a multidisciplinary community of educators, researchers, government leaders, and industry professionals to explore innovations in curriculum design, AI-integrated learning, workforce development, and cybersecurity policy.
Amid rapid technological acceleration and expanding threat landscapes, this year’s theme—Cybersecurity Education in the Age of AI, Automation & Ambiguity—challenges participants to navigate the paradoxes and possibilities introduced by agentive AI, intelligent automation, and evolving sociotechnical systems.
The program features peer-reviewed paper presentations, keynote addresses, hands-on workshops, and student poster sessions, offering a comprehensive forum for shaping the future of cybersecurity teaching, training, and talent cultivation.
