The agenda for the Forum is&nbsp;informed by the Global SOF Foundation&rsquo;s&nbsp;2024 "Imperatives for SOF" publication, released annually in February.&nbsp;This document is produced to educate U.S. policymakers on the critical issues facing SOF.&nbsp;&nbsp;
