AUSA Noon Report: Medical Support to the Warfighter
AUSA’s Noon Report webinar series features presentations by senior Army leaders responsible for key programs and initiatives, as well as contemporary military authors who weave together the past, present and future story of the United States Army.
Please join us on Wednesday, 14 January, at 12:00 EDT for a Noon Report with Lieutenant General Mary Krueger Izaguirre, the 46th Surgeon General of the Army (TSG) and Commanding General, U.S. Army Medical Command (USAMEDCOM). LTG Izaguirre will discuss the critical role of Army Medicine in today’s evolving operational environment, underscoring how the medical enterprise is transforming to support warfighter lethality and to build the readiness of the medical force as an enabler during operations. You’ll hear how the Army, through Army Medicine, provides Soldiers and their families with the best care in the world at home, abroad, and on the battlefield. She will also speak to Army Medicine’s investment in military-civilian partnerships and in restructuring initiatives, and she will preview the Army’s use of automation and artificial intelligence to improve the Soldier and family experience.
