2026 Canadian Intelligence Conference

Canada is at a historical inflection point. We find ourselves in geo-politically unsetteled times, with a somewhat "back to the future" character calling up the need for strategic deterrence, amid great power competition. The international system has been disrupted and traditional alliances disturbed. Canada is charting its own new way in this troublesome environment.
