Margaret Lange is a Trade Compliance Leader and Licensed Customs Broker with 30+ years of experience spanning retail, manufacturing, and consulting. As Compliance Director at a Customs Brokerage firm, she developed internal training and procedures, managed CTPAT validations, contributed compliance content (newsletters, social media, web pages), and led consulting services including audits, compliance manuals, and custom training programs.

Previously, as Senior Manager of Import Compliance in retail, she ran a compliance operation covering 87,000+ entries annually and $3 billion in entered value, achieving major duty savings through First Sale and FTA programs while building Tier III CTPAT compliance across the vendor network. Earlier manufacturing roles gave her a foundation in import/export compliance, NAFTA solicitation, classification, drawback, and ISO procedures.
