Back in the Building: AI for Smarter Government Workplaces

ServiceNow Otto gives employees one place to reserve space or handle a workplace request. AI-powered incident tools help teams catch safety issues early, all on a platform built to government-grade security standards. We learned how these pieces come together to bring a hybrid workforce back to a building that actually works for them.
