Six (6) women leading their respective individual roundtable sessions (up to 10 attendees per session) sharing their insights with attendees (i.e. career journeys, lessons learned, guiding principles, and Q&A- intended for mentorship). The 6 individual sessions are Government Leadership, Program Management, BD/Capture/Proposals, Small Business Leadership, Talent Acquisition, and Technical Leadership. This event is more intimate with the small groups, and is meant to be conversational between the session lead and attendees.

The Military Health System (MHS) Conference is a four-day annual conference, sponsored by the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Health Affairs. Aerospace medicine is truly multi-disciplinary and international.  The NGAUS General Conference is the Association’s annual business meeting. Army and Air National Guard officers from all 50 states, three territories and the District of Columbia gather to network, set their legislative agenda and hear from America’s civilian and military leaders. Family members, industry representatives and local officials also attend.
