FBC coordinates this event 3 times each year; this is the second event of 2009. Because of the graduation schedule of the Academy, the audience changes for each event. At the last event, March 2009, there were 300 attendees such as FBI Agents, FBI Academy Staff and Students, and Federal, State, Local & International Law Enforcement Officers.

This event is for and about state and local government. The purpose of the event is to foster discussion and dialogue on the use of information technology as a strategic tool for managers, executives and policy makers.
