AECOM, Information Technology Center provides Federal clients with enterprise-wide, information technology (IT) support, end-user and telecommunications support, and system engineering and development services. We monitor and manage computer security incident response, password management, directory services and messaging management, , management of storage, and database systems, system management, and backup servers, storage area networks (SAN), network infrastructure, network management, help desk services, configuration management; contingency operations; and planning(COOP), engineering, and integration. We manage requirements using ISO and ITIL industry best practices and industry-leading, performance-based contracting methodologies. Today we are providing end-user support for our clients on virtually every commercially available (COTS) networking, hardware, and software product.
