As medicine becomes increasingly aware of the dangers of long-term opioid use, what can health care professionals do to help these patients? This educational session will describe MHS efforts to improve pain management for TRICARE and VA beneficiaries and arm health care providers with a variety of non-pharmacologic options to help patients with pain.
